Heather D Dehaan

Heather D. DeHaan is Associate Professor of History at Binghamton University (in New York State). Her research interests include socialist cities, Eurasian history, and particularly the histories of Azerbaijan and the Southern Caucasus. She published a monograph-sized study of provincial urban planning under Stalin with the University of Toronto in 2013, and she is currently finalizing a manuscript on neighborhoods in Baku, Azerbaijan, from the 1950s to the early 1980s.
