Registration Prices
Regular Fee - Members of ICCEES associations: $240 CAD
Regular Fee - Non-members: $315 CAD
Student Fee: $180 CAD
Retiree Rate: $180 CAD
Please note the Regular Tier is available from May 1st to June 30th, 2021.
There is still limited funding for eligible students (PhD and Postdoc students in Europe, Central Asia, and Russia; graduate students in Canada; and students studying at one of the four universities in Montréal). Congress Refund Policy
All requests for the refunding of congress registration fees must be made in writing by email to ICCEES2021@concordia.ca. Requests received will be processed within two weeks of receiving the request, less a $50 CAD administrative fee to cover the costs of processing. Refunds will not be available for people who fail to attend the Congress.
Students who have received registration assistance (international students through ICCEES grants; Canadian students through CAS awards; and students at Montreal universities through awards from the office of the Dean of Arts and Science at Concordia University) will not receive any monies back if they cancel their registration.
