Paul Fournier is the Director of Digital Transformation at Concordia University in Montréal. His trajectory evolved into shaping Concordia's digital strategy, spearheading strategic initiatives through qualitative research, user-centered design, and collaborative cross-functional teams. Currently, he is at the forefront of fostering organizational change and collaborative co-creation, navigating the confluence of work and digital technologies.
