Virtual Session Steps

How to Attend the Virtual Session

Follow these steps to access and participate in the virtual sessions:

Step 1: Log in

You must be logged in to attend virtual sessions. Sessions will only be accessible at the scheduled times.

Step 2: Select your session

Click on the session you wish to attend.

Step 3: Enter the virtual room

A green "Enter virtual room" button will appear 25 minutes before the session starts. You may also see a pre-entry button, which requires you to wait until the session begins.

Step 4: Join the session

Click on the "Join virtual session" button. You will automatically be redirected to either Zoom or Teams.
