Amy is the University Librarian at Concordia University. She has spent her entire library career working to advance open scholarship initiatives at institutions in Canada and the United States, as well as during her term as Assistant Deputy Minister at Library and Archives Canada where she was responsible for the Government Record, Digitization & Preservation, Private Archives & Published Heritage, and Access to Information & Privacy teams.
