This presentation is designed to equip employees with the foundational knowledge and confidence needed to effectively teach and learn digital skills. The session introduces a scenario-based strategy that simplifies complex concepts and provides practical, hands-on experience with digital tools. By demonstrating the strategy in action, it highlights effective starting points for instruction, incorporating bite-sized learning chunks, a logical progression, and methods to check learners' understanding.

The session also features collaboratively-developed online learning modules (Concordia Library and eConcordia) on generative AI, showcasing the strategy in practice.
