Emmy is the Lead of eLearning technologies at eConcordia, overseeing the integration, content, and graphic design disciplines with the discipline leads. She has been with the company since 2017, serving in multiple roles.
She has a DEC in Fine Arts, a Bachelor's degree in Design with a minor in Psychology, and is currently completing a Master's degree in Instructional Design, with a focus on Universal Design for Learning. Furthermore, she taught creative writing at the Thomas More Institute and worked as a teaching assistant in a graduate-level advanced digital learning course in 2022. She loves giving soulful and engaging conferences and lectures, being a guest speaker on e-learning, design and development, and accessibility for e-learning.
Whether it's with professors in higher education, commercial clients, or internal training, Emmy is driven, passionate, organized, and full of out-of-the-box ideas. She loves fast prototyping, visual mock-ups, and using the latest trends and technologies in her design and integration work.
