Paul Fournier is the Director of Digital Transformation at Concordia University in Montréal. With a blend of creative and technical expertise, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (Honours) and certifications in Change Management (Prosci), Project Management (PMP), User Experience Project Management (UX-PM), and IT Service Delivery (ITIL).

With over two decades of experience in university education, Paul's journey began by pioneering high-tech infrastructure services to bolster the arts, academic research, and library services. His trajectory evolved into shaping Concordia's digital strategy, spearheading strategic initiatives through qualitative research, user-centered design, and collaborative cross-functional teams. Currently, he is at the forefront of fostering organizational change and collaborative co-creation, navigating the confluence of work and digital technologies.
