How to Maximize Your Virtual Experience

To maximize your participation in this virtual format, we encourage you to complete the following steps:

TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT:

  1. Verify that your home computer meets the technical requirements to attend; 
  2. Login from a desktop computer;
  3. Familiarize yourself with the platform to make the most of it;
  4. Read the Frequently Asked Questions.

 

TO NETWORK BEFORE AND DURING THE EVENT:

  1. Complete and personalize your profile and login information (don’t forget to add your picture!);
  2. Make sure you profile is set to "public". This will allow other participants to see you;
  3. Check out the event schedule and create your personalized agenda by selecting the sessions you wish to attend as favourites;
  4. Look through the Attendees list and find people you want to network with during the breaks between sessions;  
  5. Connect to Agora - the virtual space for conversations (details to be added soon).
