Radwan Dalia
Dalia Radwan is a Curriculum Developer at Concordia University's Centre for Teaching and Learning. She has an interdisciplinary academic background in education, fine arts, and commercial arts design. She has nearly twenty years of experience in human experience design, organizational improvement strategies, national and international accreditation processes, international educational programs, and academic research. Her decision to become a Curriculum and Instructional Developer was a natural evolution of her interests for learning and her passion for enabling people at any stage of their life to take part in stimulating learning experiences.
As a curriculum developer, her main focus is on the experience of students at the learning and performance ecosystem level. She takes the perspective of students as the point of departure for program and course design and examines main environmental factors that impact the student experience and learning outcomes.
