Lena Ferriday is a PhD Candidate in the Department of History at the University of Bristol and University of Exeter, funded by the AHRC South West and Wales Doctoral Training Partnership. Her PhD research explores the embodied engagement of Victorian tourists with the landscapes of South-West England, and she is broadly interested in the multi-sensory and mobile interactions between humans and the environment.
