Registration ticket:

  • What is included in the registration ticket?

When you check out a regular admission or student ticket, this includes all access to the virtual event space containing all sessions, panels, roundtables and networking opportunities. This ticket also enables registration for workshops which are limited in capacity. The auditor tickets do not have the ability to register for workshops but can access all other conference activities.

  • I registered, but haven’t received a confirmation, what should I do?

You should receive a confirmation receipt by email immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

  • How do I log in?

Please be sure you have registered to attend the conference. Once you have purchased a registration ticket, you may log in here.

Attending the Conference Sessions:

  • How can I access the complete presentation and session content?

While much of the schedule is public, the critical links to the live content are only visible on the conference date and time once you have you logged in to the event site. You will easily be able to click on the “Join session” button.

  • I can’t attend a presentation session; will recordings be made available? 

Yes! When the conference concludes, the session recordings will be available in the virtual event space if the presenter granted recording access and the videos are only accessible to registered attendees after logging into the site.

  • What technical requirements are needed to attend the virtual event?

Please refer to the Technical Minimum Requirements tab.

  • What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Reload the page or restart your browser. Then, make sure you are logged in to the event site, click on the virtual “Join Session"  in the appropriate session/date/time. 

  • How can I interact with other event attendees?

You can join our WONDER networking platform at any time during the conference to meet with other attendees and attend networking opportunities. Check out the event schedule to find the access details and best practices.

  • Cancellation policy

  • What should I do if I have an issue at the conference?

You can stop by the help desk via the Wonder platform during the conference. The virtual space is accessible under the Networking Lounge or during each of the breaks throughout the day. You can also contact us at senses@concordia.ca
