Cancellation policy:
All requests for the cancellation of the conference registration fees must be made in writing and sent by email to senses@concordia.ca. Requests received on or before Wednesday, April 26, 2023 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a 30 % administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.
The cost breakdown is as follows:

Student/underemployed online | $30 | $9 |
*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after April 26, 2023 (EST), or for people who fail to attend the Virtual or In-person Conference. Note that refunds will be processed post conference that is, after May 7th, 2023.
