Sampreet Arneja is an actor, filmmaker, and vocalist of a local Montréal punk band, Foreign Terrestrials. He currently studies psychology at Concordia University. Sampreet ran a podcast called Say La Vie which explored the perspectives of English Speakers on pressing issues throughout Quebec. These experiences further impassioned him to soak in as many new moments and meet as many new people as possible in order to hear their stories and see the world through their eyes.
