This session is an invitation for collective insight into the interplay between humans and technology. This session will provide quick tricks for batch data cleaning in Excel and an overview of formulas and functionalities that provide a big impact on data visualization and manipulation minimal efforts. Time will also be provided at the end for discussion and interactive problem solving to attendees' current Excel challenges.
During this hands-on session, participants will learn how to preserve online content using Webrecorder, a free and open-source web archiving tool. The session will cover benefits of preserving web content, such as avoiding link rot and ensuring ongoing access to ephemeral or at-risk websites and webpages; give examples of use cases for web archiving; and give participants an opportunity to practice preserving web content on their own.

Open textbooks can be fun, interactive, and foster accessible and multimodal learning. In this session, we will offer a soft-launch of our Guide to Pressbooks at Concordia University. Beyond looking at highlights from innovative uses of Pressbooks, we will explore interactive features, accessibility, and multimedia features of Pressbooks. Participants will get the chance to test out Pressbooks for themselves.
