Jean-Sébastien is a ministerial coordination advisor at Quebec’s Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration, where he leads cross-cutting initiatives such as digital transformation and the governance of generative artificial intelligence.

Holding a PhD in physics, Jean-Sébastien worked for five years as a postdoctoral researcher at several universities and research centers before transitioning to public administration, notably at Quebec’s Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy, where he initially worked in the promotion of scientific culture for four years.
