CANCELLATION POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your registration before 5pm on Friday, June 5th. Please note that cancellations made after Friday, June 5th 5pm will not be eligible for a refund.  

12th Annual Postdoc Research and Career Day
This is a free event for postdocs from participating Universities (Concordia University, McGill University, Université de Montréal, UQAM, HEC Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, Université Laval, INRS, Polytechnique Montréal, École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), Bishops University). A $55 deposit is necessary at the time of registration and will be refunded to you on the condition that you attend the event. Postdocs from non-participating universities are welcome to attend, however, a $55 registration fee applies.
