Galaad Lefay is a researcher working at the intersection of management sciences, education, and health. He is particularly interested in the mechanisms and processes through which innovations can influence organizational practices and strengthen collective capacities. His work focuses especially on adapting organizational and governance models to local social and cultural realities, while also examining the central role of municipalities in issues related to health and aging within territories.

Since January 2025, Galaad has been a scientist-in-residence at IVÉO, a non-profit organization whose mission is to accelerate the deployment of innovation in the municipal sector by facilitating project development and knowledge transfer. In this role, he contributes to the development of a tool for assessing the impacts of implementing innovations in municipalities. His residency also aims to conduct strategic monitoring and to lead knowledge transfer activities between the scientific and municipal communities.
