   CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for the cancellation of the conference registration fees must be made in writing by email. Requests received on or before August 31st, 2026 (EDT) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing. 

All banquet ticket cancellations must also be made in writing by email. Requests received on or before August 31st, 2026 (EDT) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing. 

*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after August 31, 2026 (EDT), or for people who fail to attend the Conference.
