Visa Information
Visitors to Canada may require a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter the country. It is important to verify the entry requirements for your country of residence well in advance of your planned travel. If you are traveling solely to attend the IOSSC 2026 conference, you may refer to the section “Visit Canada on Business” on the official website. We strongly recommend reviewing visa processing times early to ensure sufficient time for approval before your departure.
Invitation Letter
Participants requiring an official letter of invitation to support their visa application may contact the conference team at info@iossc2026.org. Invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants upon request.
As required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), please include the following information in your email:
- Complete name
- Date of birth
- Passport number
- Organization and position
- Full mailing address and telephone number
- Intended dates of travel to and from Canada
If you are a presenting author, please also provide:
- Paper title
- Full list of authors
