International Oil Spill Science Conference 2026

IOSSC 2022

The International Oil Spill Science Conference 2022 (IOSSC) was held on October 4-7, 2022 in Halifax, Canada. This conference was co-hosted by the Multi-Partner Research Initiative of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), ITAC, and Oil Spill Research Group of Concordia University. IOSSC 2022 was a huge success with over 250 in-person attendees (and another 150+ virtually) from around the world sharing their latest research in the field of oil spill science including spill prevention, contingency planning, and environmental rehabilitation.
