Helen Stewart

Ms. Helen Stewart is a Certified Hydrographer employed by Fugro USA in Houston.  In her broad and diverse career, Ms. Stewart has worked in many different aspects of hydrography, from geophysical and marine construction surveying to nautical charting and oceanographic research.  She began research in 2018 in satellite remote sensing of water column turbulence features and how to incorporate that information into safety of navigation and coastal transition zone hydrography.  She has a Master of Science from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
