Maggie Lattuca is the Associate Director of the Online Programs Portfolio in the Office of the Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) at McGill University. She leads efforts to identify new projects aligned with the University’s strategic online education goals, she advocates for the design and development of high-quality experiential online learning experiences, oversees the financial and operational issues related to online education offerings, and promotes the continuous improvement of online programs.
