Registration gives you access to the virtual event space containing all online sessions and registered participants.
I can’t attend a session, will recordings be made available?
Recording of sessions will be available on the conference website for ninety days after the event.They will only be accessible to registered attendees after logging in using your profile.

I registered, but haven’t received a confirmation, what should I do?
You should receive a confirmation email immediately after your registration is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder in case it was flagged as spam.
What is the conference cancellation and refund policy?
· Cancellations: registrations cancelled before Wednesday, April 14, 2021 are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that it will take two to three weeks to process the refund.
· Ticket transfer: If a participant is not able to attend the event, the ticket may be transferred to another person. The deadline to request a ticker transfer is April 14, 2021. To request a ticket transfer, please send an email to email@example.com, with the name and email address of the person who should receive the ticket.
· Refunds will not be available for participants who fail to attend the Conference.

What should I do if I have an issue with another participant’s behavior at the conference?
We insist that all conference participants abide by the conference Code of Conduct. If you witness or experience a violation of the code of conduct, please contact the organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org. Reports will be treated with discretion.
