How to transition a department to using Teams effectively and get buy-in from everyone involved, using real-life examples. It will include different ways to use Teams and associated apps to organise projects, communicate with team members, track deadlines, collaborate with partners, file information etc. Includes how to wean everyone off emails, reduce time spent in meetings and a blooper reel (i.e. where we got it wrong and how we would have done it if we knew what we know now!).
