Paul Fournier is the Director of Digital Transformation at Concordia University in Montréal. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with honours as well as certifications as a project management professional (PMP), user experience project manager (UX-PM), and IT service delivery (ITIL). Paul has worked for more than 20 years at Concordia in a variety of positions and is currently working with a team supporting organizational change and collaborative co-creation at the intersection of work and digital technologies.
