Pamela Carson, Web Services Librarian, is leading the Concordia Library's efforts to ensure that all its websites are compatible with the new Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) which now apply to all universities in Quebec. She has extensive experience in web design, web development and user experience as well as a master's degree in Library and Information Studies with a specialization in knowledge management. She is also leading the Library's migration to SharePoint Online and adoption of the Records Classification and Retention Plan while using best practices in documentation and information management.
