DEADLINE FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS: Friday, April 18th 2025
Please submit your proposal for the the Education and Vitality Forum 2025 by filling in our online form (link below).
PLEASE NOTE:
- You do not need to "Log In" to this website to submit a proposal.
- Once you begin completing your proposal in the online form, it is not possible to save the form and complete it at a later time. As such, we recommend preparing your proposal in advance in a separate document.
- We strongly advise you to read our "Proposal Guide" before starting your submission.
What will you need to provide in your proposal?
In the form, we will ask you to indicate your activity's:
- Activity format (options listed in our Proposal Guide )
- Title
- Theme and sub-theme from a list provided (options listed in our Proposal Guide)
- Target audience (options listed in our Proposal Guide )
- 2-5 keywords describing the subject (practice/research) of your activity
- 150-200-word abstract (description)
- For presentations of research findings:
- Name(s) of author/co-authors
- Short bibliography (if applicable)
