Mrs. Sarah Bartosh
Since 2012, I have been working as an Instructional designer and coach in a variety of industries (Aviation, Competitive Swimming and Standards Development). I have been responsible for managing courseware development projects and creating high quality online and instructor-led training. In addition to leading projects, I have also been responsible for establishing department processes and procedures, hiring and onboarding new staff, and managing the performance and professional development of team members. As an instructional systems specialist, I helped support project planning and resource allocation for individual courses and coordinated with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), courseware developers and management team to ensure alignment with department goals and priorities.
