Sylvie Stojanovski is a multidisciplinary artist, creative facilitator and community organizer who is passionate about exploring eco-conscious approaches to art-making. As a co-founder of the hyperlocal artist collective, Scarbrite, she empowers emerging creatives to build their capacity to work with natural materials and mobilize art for social change. Currently pursuing a Master's in Art Education at Concordia University, Sylvie's research focuses on sustainable art-making amidst the global climate crisis. Often found brainstorming and bringing BIG ideas to fruition, outside of work she loves cycling, hiking, and making ephemeral sculptures out of natural found objects.
