Welcoming new employees to Concordia and having an effective onboarding were two key priorities that were met when we went live with our NEW onboarding module 2.0 at the launch of Unity in November 2021.   The module has not only changed the way we onboard and welcome new employees but it has greatly changed the way personal information is collected for some of the non academic new hires, ensuring confidentiality as well as a streamlined mechanism for this population. It also allows for important information to be communicated to our new hires in a timely fashion and in a manner which is self -directed and at their fingertips.
