Anna Michetti
Anna Michetti, CRHA, is the Executive Director, Employment and Organizational Development at Concordia and has been with the Concordia HR team for 17 years. She is responsible for non-academic hiring and movement as well as the Organizational development function.
Prior to joining Concordia, Anna worked in the aerospace and space industry. She holds an undergraduate degree from McGill and graduate degree from Queen’s.
Anna was the HR lead during the Unity project and responsible for the Onboarding, Recruitment and Learning Management module.

Welcoming new employees to Concordia and having an effective onboarding were two key priorities that were met when we went live with our NEW onboarding module 2.0 at the launch of Unity in November 2021. In this presentation, I will explore some of the ways we use AI (especially generative AI) in the office, and the implications of this, focusing on equity and diversity.
This session will be focused on Concordia University & the Udemy Business Learning Platform, primarily focusing on keeping pace with changing technology in a Digital World, with a focus on how Concordia learners are currently leveraging technical content to upskill & reskill.
