Eman Shokry Hesham
Eman Shokry Hesham, Dr.- Ing., is a researcher on the History of Islamic Art and Architecture and focuses on the history of architectural ornaments. Her current research project investigates the opus sectile art in Mamluk architecture, its history, and its design concepts. Hesham is affiliated with the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz and the German Archaeological Institute Department Cairo.
