Cancellation policy:
All requests for the cancellation of the conference registration fees must be made in writing and sent by email to senses@concordia.ca. Requests received on or before Wednesday, April 30, 2025 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a 30 % administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.
The cost breakdown is as follows:

Student/underemployed in-person | $85 | $25.50 |
Student/underemployed online | $35 | $10.50 |
*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after April 30, 2025 (EST), or for people who fail to attend the Virtual or In-person Conference. Note that refunds will be processed post conference that is, after May 10th, 2025.
