Carol-Anne Gauthier, Ph.D. teaches psychology at Champlain Regional College, St. Lawrence campus. She also conducts research in the field of organizational psychology. Her research interests include EDI, mental health at work and meaningful work. She is also involved in initiatives aimed at promoting student mental health in higher education.
