Martin Durand has worked in the federal government for over 25 years, holding positions at Parks Canada and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). He is currently the Research Manager at the Official Languages Branch of Canadian Heritage. His recent work focuses on vitality indicators, the education continuum, and access to minority language services.
