Rachelle Dutil is a PhD student in Education at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where she also earned a master’s degree in Language Education. She has experience teaching French as a Second Language to children in classe d'accueil (welcome class). Her research explores the interface between Intercultural Education and Task-Based Language Teaching, along with the linguistic and sociocultural integration of newcomers.
