Melinda Clifford is the Programs Coordinator for English Language Arts at Quebec’s Ministry of Education. A former high school ELA teacher with over a decade of classroom experience, she later contributed to the development of Ministry exams. Originally from Australia, Melinda immigrated over 25 years ago and now calls Quebec City home. She is passionate about literacy leadership and is deeply committed to supporting Quebec’s Anglophone education network through research-informed, meaningful approaches to teaching and learning.
