Bahare Samadi
Bahare Samadi is a biomechanics scientist and innovation professional specializing in technology commercialization and product development. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, where her research focused on AI-driven approaches to clinical assessment.
After completing her Ph.D., Bahare worked as a biomedical scientist at Shriners Hospitals for Children, contributing to motion analysis research aimed at improving pediatric outcomes. She is currently a Project Manager in science and technology at Axelys, supporting the development and commercialization of high-potential innovations emerging from public research.
In addition, Bahare has been involved in supporting Ph.D. career transitions through her role as an R&D researcher and training consultant at Adoc Talent Management, helping researchers navigate pathways beyond academia.
With experience spanning research, technology transfer, and user-centered innovation, she brings a leadership perspective to bridging science and product development to create impact beyond academia.
