Alexandra Zidenberg
Alexandra Zidenberg, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at l'Université de Montréal's École de Criminologie and a researcher at the Centre international de criminologie comparée (CICC). Her research focuses on forensic psychology, sexual offending prevention, paraphilias, and marginalized populations.
Dr. Zidenberg completed her PhD in Applied Social Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan, navigating significant career challenges including her supervisor's passing and COVID-19 disruptions. Her diverse career path has included postdoctoral work, teaching positions at various universities, work with government and community organizations, and navigating complex research relationships with marginalized and stigmatized communities.
