Emmanuelle Hoarau is a Records Management Officer at the Records Management and Archives Department, with nearly 20-year experience in her field. She ensures that legal obligations are met for the creation and retention of both paper and electronic records by developing appropriate retention rules. She designs trainings as well to disseminate the Records Management Program for University Faculty and Staff.
