All requests for the cancellation of the conference registration fees must be made in writing by email. Requests received on or before June 1, 2026 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.
All gala dinner ticket cancellations must also be made in writing by email. Requests received on or before June 1, 2026 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.
*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after June 1, 2026 (EST), or for people who fail to attend the Conference.
