Antoine Bilodeau

Antoine Bilodeau is the Director of the Immigration Research Initiative and a Full Professor in the Department of Political Science at Concordia University.
His research focuses on the integration of immigrants and the dynamics of openness toward immigration and ethnocultural diversity in Quebec and other multinational states. His work has been published in the Journal of Ethnic and Migration Studies, International Migration Review, Ethnic and Racial Studies, Nations and Nationalism, International Political Science Review, Publius, Democratization, the Canadian Journal of Political Science, Politics and Religion, Territory, Politics and Governance, Journal of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties, and Political Geography.
In recent years, A. Bilodeau has received the Dean's Award for Research from the Faculty of Arts and Science (2023), the Concordia University Research Award (2016/2017), the John McMenemy Prize twice (in 2020 and 2011) for the best article published in the Canadian Journal of Political Science, as well as the Louise-Dandurand French Publication Award (May 2024).
