CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests received on or before May 1st 2026 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $10 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.  

*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after May 20th 2026 (EST), or for people who fail to attend the Conference.

Early Bird - In-person (General)
Discounted early bird rate available until February 1, 2026. Includes full access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and the evening reception at Concordia University (Montréal).
