Le Taj 2077 Rue Stanley (Vegetarian Options)
Le Taj is a local favourite with curries, tandoori dishes, vegetarian plates, and a warm dining room that works well for small groups.
Les Enfants Terribles 3 Place Ville Marie (Vegetarian Options)
A modern Montreal brasserie in the heart of downtown. A nice option for a longer meal, and a great way to experience one of downtown’s landmark spaces in Place Ville Marie
Higher-End Options
A refined French restaurant located inside the Ritz-Carlton, known for its high-end dining experience.
A Parisian-style bistro that has a solid menu including fresh oysters, duck confit, and salmon tartar. Known for its exceptional service, you will dine in a downtown staple that is lively but not too loud.
A Greek restaurant with bold Mediterranean flavours and pretty décor. The stuffed calamari and slow-roasted lamb are staples.

The Grand Prix buzz and the Habs playoff run are happening at the same time, which means downtown Montréal — especially Crescent Street — will be full of energy. If you enjoy sports, patios, crowds, or people-watching, take a walk along Crescent and the surrounding streets. It is one of the most energetic downtown areas during hockey playoffs and Grand Prix season.

A casual Crescent Street option for inexpensive comfort food, a lively crowd, and a central location. They have a great Happy Hour menu from 3 to 5 and is a great option for low commitment in the heart of the action (it can be a bit loud at night).
