Pina D'Intino

Giuseppina (Pina) D'Intino is the founder of Aequum Global Access Inc, a consulting company founded in 2016 and aimed at promoting disability inclusion and accessibility awareness through leadership and action-oriented strategies. With over 30 years of international experience across various sectors, including private organizations and government, Pina has honed her ability to work with all levels of management, particularly the C-Suite.

Pina through Aequum Global Access Inc offers tailored consultancy services, education and training on accessibility implementation practices, disability awareness and accessibility standards such as the AODA, the ACA , the DA and the E.N. 301.549. She strongly advocates for disability, inclusion, equality and rights through active community engagements and research. Her unique perspective, stemming from personal experience with vision loss, allows her to approach accessibility challenges from both corporate and lived-experience lenses.
