Dr. Laura Kinderman is Dean of the Faculty of Business and Professional Studies at Capilano University and an Adjunct Professor at Queen’s University. As an educator, researcher, and educational developer, a focus of her career has centered on collaborative leadership in the development of new interdisciplinary and interprofessional programs. She is a certified executive coach (ACC) and serves on the board of directors of the International Coaching Federation BC Chapter.
