Cathryn Somrani is a Change Lead with the Provost Office at Concordia University. She holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MA Human Systems Intervention. Her current work draws on her background of teaching, psychology, and over 20 years of working with teams, groups and individuals as they navigate complex dynamics. Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, Africa, and now North America, she brings an active awareness of difference and connection to the work of collaboration, coaching, and fostering change.
