I am a multidisciplinary researcher and the founding director of the Media Health Lab at Concordia. I perform mixed methods research (ranging from pharmacological neuroimaging to participatory action research) into applications and implications of Information and Communication Technologies (including body sensors, Apps, Robots and social networks) in public healthcare.
I am affilliated with the Departments of Design and Computation Arts; Psychology and Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Disorders of gait and cognition are central to many age related conditions and diseases. While there are medications available to treat some of these disorders, they have significant side effects and limited effectiveness.
