Sinai Gourmet is a Montreal-based artisanal sauce company, founded in 2011, that specializes in making the freshest hot pepper coulis using only premium natural ingredients. Unlike hot sauce, which is vinegar based and tends to overwhelm the flavour of a dish, a coulis is simply a puree of fresh natural ingredients like fruits, vegetables or herbs, and works to enhance your meals. 

Sinai Gourmet has also developed a zero-waste subscription program, offering Quebec maple syrup and other food items in returnable bottles.
